Non-Commercial Video Usage Policy

When you purchase music from this store, you receive permission to use the purchased track(s) in your personal, non-commercial videos, including independent school projects, hobbyist vlogs, and free-to-watch social media videos, subject to the conditions below.

  • Proof of purchase: You must purchase the track(s) directly from this website. Your purchase receipt serves as proof of your authorization to use the music.
  • Credit required: You must clearly credit the creator in the video description or end credits using the following format:

  • Commercial use excluded: This permission does not cover videos that are sponsored, promote a business or product, support a commercial service, or generate revenue through advertising, subscriptions, memberships, donations, tips, affiliate links, brand partnerships, or other monetization methods.
  • Monetized channels excluded: This permission does not cover videos uploaded to any monetized channel, account, page, or platform. This applies even if the specific video does not independently generate revenue or display advertising. Examples include channels participating in the YouTube Partner Program or other creator-revenue programs, as well as accounts that receive income through ads, paid memberships, subscriptions, sponsorships, affiliate marketing, or similar arrangements.
  • Future monetization: If a channel, account, page, or platform is monetized after the music has been used, continued use of the track in that content is not covered by this permission. You must obtain a commercial license before continuing to use the music in connection with that monetized channel, account, page, or platform.
  • Restrictions: Copyright remains with Stuck@120. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, claim ownership of, or present the music as your own. This permission applies only to use of the purchased track(s) as part of an eligible, non-commercial video.

At this time, I review requests for commercial use of my music on a case-by-case basis.
